I have the honour to inform your Lordship, that in consequence of an application from the Superintendent of Police forwarded through the Chief Magistrate, dated the 11th instant, copy of which is annexed, with 4 other enclosures connected therewith, I brought the subject before the Executive Council, and passed the gratuities applied for,
the
amounting to £83.15.0, on express condition that the parties leave the Colony,
and give a Certificate of their not having any further claim
